ELIGIBILITY

  1. Each individual participating in this hackathon must have a valid ticket. You should organise a team before the event, but if you don't have a team, don't worry! We will help you find a team during the hackathon.
  2. Teams must be comprised of 2-4 people.
  3. This event is for university students only.
  4. Show up on time and come prepared β€” the hackathon starts at 9:00 am sharp! Arrive from 8:50am for registration.
  5. All team members must be present during the Opening Ceremony.
  6. At least one member from each team should attend the workshops (optional but highly recommended).
  7. Respect the mentors' and judges' time and feedback.
  8. Work collaboratively: Ensure everyone participates and values different inputs.
  9. Maintain academic honesty: If you use external code, assets, or models (e.g., LLaMA), cite them clearly.
  10. Cheating, plagiarism, and misrepresentation will not be tolerated.

PROJECT RULES

  1. This event will run from 9am to 6pm on 10th May. There are no restrictions on what form it should take, programming languages, or devices.
  2. Teams must not work on any pre-existing project for the competition.
  3. Any third-party material used must be legally licensed and is available to the public to download or buy. You may purchase materials, tools and equipment for the competition, but at your own expense. You must list of all third-party material and APIs, including anything that was purchased, in your submission.
